The first was a trip to the Los Angeles Temple and then dinner at Tito's Tacos. A super simple date but really nice. And anyone that knows us, knows that those are 2 of our favorite places on the westside. I am so grateful to live so close to a temple. Seriously though isn't it just gorgeous?!

The next date night was a little surprise for my hubby. It was a Friday night and we were planning on going to a movie, but at the last minute, I decided to mix it up, so instead we went to the batting cages! While I was laughing so hard at myself I barely hit anything, Mason is quite the athlete!

It was really fun to do something different. I was afraid to go inside to get a photo of him...lets just say his pitches were a little bit faster then mine : )

We also got in a date night in the form of a fabulous birthday party. With 80's music, pool tables, a pinata, and a professional face painter!

We had a blast catching up with friends and eating good food. Serene sure did it up right for her special day! Woo Woo!

Now, moving on to the holidays...This year we drive up to Utah to see my family and then down to Arizona to see Mason's. It was a ton of driving, but it was totally worth it! It was such an amazing trip, hours of talking, eating, laughing and plenty of trips to Kneaders. Here are just a few of the highlights.
Another Mack family favorite is pizza night. My dad has been making homemade pizza for as long as I can remember and it never disappoints.
I mean look at all that cheese! So good!
As a side note, I finally got to fill up my advent calendar. Oh yeah!
